About

The elegant four-storey building of „Žvėryno parkas“ is the very first, green residential construction in Lithuania. Conveniently located on the oldest street of Žvėrynas, it seamlessly connects the districts of Šnipiškės and Karoliniškės. The building itself encompasses solely 32 flats — all of which are long-lasting, energy efficient and powered by renewable resources.

Fresh air, refreshing silence and harmonious landscape will accompany you every step of the way. All of the essential city places are located within walking distance, such as Vingis park, the Old Town, Vilnius Airport and Railway Station, gym, hospital, shopping centres as well as schools and kindergartens.

Neighbourhood

Titled as one of the most beautiful places in Vilnius, Žvėrynas feels almost like a separate entity of the city centre—a self-contained oasis of calmness, greenery and rustic charm. Formerly known as a suburban resort, it is surrounded by a rich history of Lithuanian noblemen Radvilos, to which it belonged to up until the 19th century.

Laidback natural landscape and authentic wooden architecture, attributed to a list of the city’s cultural heritage objects, has been prevalent throughout the history of Žvėrynas at all times. The territory of the district has started as a humble woodland, later turned into a pine forest and eventually evolved into a park, that still exists and fills the locals with pride to this day.
