The real estate developer Galio Group, has completed construction operations of the residential project “Namai-Kintai” in Vilnius Šnipiškės district. The investment in the complex of the four-storey apartment building and twelve low-rise blocked houses amounted to EUR 14.5 million, including VAT.
The residential development “Namai-Kintai” comprises 121 apartments with spacious balconies or terraces, twelve cottage-type blocked houses with individual courtyards and a separate commercial building. The apartments range in size from 24 to 72 m2 and cottages from 108 m2. The development has a secure enclosed courtyard with children’s playgrounds and green areas, the underground car park with 138 parking spaces for cars and electric cars, storage rooms, pram and bicycle storage.
As part of the development of this project, Galio Group has designed a section of Kintai Street for EUR 130,000, and fully installed part of it.

The construction of “Namai-Kintai” was carried out by VIA STELLA, and the project was completed within the limits of the planned budget, with investment of around EUR 14.5 million, including VAT.
In addition to the residential development “Namai-Kintai”, Galio Group is implementing the 2,500 m2 project “Business House”, which will round off the development of the territory in Šnipškės, between Kintų and Gierdraičių Streets.
The real estate developer Galio Group is also currently working on residential complexes “Jomanto parkas”, the first stage of “reVingis” in Vilnius, and on the commercial multifunctional project “STOCK-O” in Klaipėda. This year, the company intends to kick-start construction of the second phase of the residential project “reVingis”.
