Yesterday, on 29 March, the first building of the new and modern business center GUSTAVS at Gustava Zemgala gatve 73, with a total area of approximately 20 700 square metres, has been commissioned. SEB Global Services is the anchor tenant of the building and will lease approximately 11 000 square metres. The list of tenants also includes the food retail chain Rimi Latvia with a Rimi Mini store, and Latvia’s first lunch restaurant iLunch.
The building, which has been commissioned, is six stories high with two levels of underground parking, an atrium with a wooden skylight structure, conference rooms, a restaurant area, electric car charging, shower rooms, changing rooms, as well as special rooms for the well-being of employees. The building has been constructed to the highest BREEAM New Construction Excellent Fully Fitted certification requirements in the area of sustainability and has been built using sustainable solutions. Solar panels have also been installed on the roof of the building.

As previously reported, construction of the building started in August 2021, when the construction company Merks was chosen as the construction partner. The architects and project authors of GUSTAVS Business center are SIA Vilnis Mičulis. Construction supervision was provided by SIA Būvuzraugi LV.
The portfolio of office buildings of the real estate developer GALIO GROUP includes successfully implemented projects such as S7, Freedom 36 and Wave. The commercial space project Kintu 11 in Vilnius and the shopping center Stock-O in Klaipėda have already been commissioned.
