KINTŲ 11 is a 2,500 sq. m flexible space designed for bold future ideas, trade and services. The spacious communal roof terrace is embedded in the façade of the luxurious 4-storey building. It opens up like an observation deck to a panorama of skyscrapers, as a space for breaks and pleasant conversations over coffee. Natural light flows into the rooms from the east, south and west from full-height windows, but the sun never becomes bothersome as comfort is maintained with a modern climate control system. The flexible spaces are adapted to business needs and permit successful sailing, both downstream and upstream.
The exterior and interior of the structure are designed according to a sustainable approach to the building, the environment and the community: the ground floor has separate entrances – with attractive entrances for trade and service providers, and for convenient docking – with closed above-ground and underground parking (50 spaces in total) for electric cars, bicycle storage, showers and changing rooms. The building is securely monitored by video cameras.
